Duct-Pro Pricing
With Duct-Pro You Can Get Honest and Upfront Pricing
Ask what duct cleaning costs and you usually get a coupon price that has nothing to do with what you end up paying. The cheap special buys a technician walking through the door, and the number moves once he is inside. We would rather tell you now. The prices below are what we actually charge. The ones marked “starts at” move with the size and condition of your system, and a technician confirms the total with you before any work begins. Nothing gets added afterward. Not sure what your home needs? Book a free on-site consultation and we will inspect the system, find the actual problem, and give you a real number.
What Our Common Services Cost
Air Duct Cleaning
Starts At $549 Per HVAC System
Cleaning of the ductwork on one HVAC system, with sanitizing treatment and a video inspection included at no charge. Homes with more than one system are priced per system, and we confirm the count and the total with you before we start.
Coil Cleaning
Starts At $300 Per System
Your evaporator coil washed with a dedicated 150 PSI coil washer that reaches the whole surface. Chemical is included, not billed as an extra.
Blower Washing
Starts At $400 Per System
The motor comes out of the house and the wheel is washed outside, so it goes back balanced instead of shaking. Furnace cleaning is included.
Vent Cleaning
$250 Flat Per Dryer Vent
A true flat rate. All lint and buildup cleared from the full vent line, which shortens drying times and takes down fire risk. Only $200 per vent when you add it to an air duct cleaning.
Duct Replacement
Partial From $800, Full From $3,000
Full ductwork replacement runs to $10,000 or more on larger homes. We price it after an inspection, because no two failures are alike, and airflow redesign is included rather than billed separately.
Packages, Commercial Work and Free On-Site Consultations
Some jobs cannot be priced honestly without looking at the system first, so for anything not listed above we come out free of charge. A technician inspects the system, finds what is actually wrong, and gives you a real number before any work gets scheduled.
A few other numbers worth knowing. Our air duct cleaning and dryer vent package is $749. A full system cleaning covering coil, blower and furnace starts at $700. An HVAC diagnostic is $99, and so is a seasonal tune up. Commercial work starts at a $550 minimum and always gets a site survey first, and we work after hours and weekends when a shutdown would cost you more than the cleaning itself. Our minimum job is $250.
Quotes are free. Financing is available through Wisetack, and we take credit and debit cards, checks, cash, Zelle and Amex. One thing we do not do is kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning, so if that is what you need we will point you somewhere else rather than take the job.
Duct-Pro Is Las Vegas' Top Rated Air Duct Cleaning Service
We Guarantee 100% Satisfaction
We Find Real Air Quality Problems And Resolve Them!
Many companies focus on completing the fastest possible cleaning without determining why your home is experiencing excessive dust, poor airflow, unusual odors, uneven temperatures, or reduced HVAC performance. That approach may temporarily improve the appearance of the system while leaving the underlying issue unresolved. Duct-Pro takes a more detailed approach. Our technicians inspect the system, explain what they find, and recommend the most effective solution based on its actual condition. Whether the problem is dirty ductwork, a contaminated coil, a clogged dryer vent, damaged ducts, or another HVAC-related issue, our goal is to help you solve it correctly the first time.
Trusted by Las Vegas Homeowners Since 2017

When you choose Duct-Pro, you are not hiring another “quick clean” company. You are working with experienced professionals who take the time to understand your system, clearly explain your options, and complete the work properly.
Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
How much does air duct cleaning cost?
Air duct cleaning starts at $549 per HVAC system, and sanitizing treatment and a video inspection are included at no extra charge. Homes with more than one system are cleaned and priced per system, and we confirm the count and the total with you before starting. Adding a dryer vent at the same time brings that vent down to $200, or you can take the $749 package that bundles a full duct cleaning and your dryer vent together.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. For anything without a published price we come out, inspect the system, find the actual problem and give you a real number. There is no charge for the visit and no obligation to book.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. You see the findings, you hear the recommendation, and you approve the price before work starts. Nothing gets added afterward. Sanitizing on a duct cleaning is free rather than an upsell, and the chemical on a coil cleaning is included rather than billed as an extra.
Why is some pricing a range instead of a fixed number?
Cleaning is predictable, so we publish flat and starting prices for it. Repair and replacement are not. What it costs depends on where the damage is, how far it runs, what the duct is made of and whether anyone can reach it. We would rather look at it and tell you the truth than quote a number over the phone that changes when we arrive.
How do I know which services my system needs?
You do not need to diagnose it yourself. We inspect the system, explain what is causing the problem and recommend the solution that fits. Sometimes that means telling you that you do not need a cleaning at all. The EPA does not recommend cleaning ducts on a schedule, only when there is a real reason such as visible contamination, a rodent or insect problem, or debris blowing out of the registers. We come to find out what is wrong and fix it, not to sell a cleaning to a system that does not need one.
Does damaged ductwork always need replacement?
Not always. Some sections repair cleanly, while badly deteriorated runs do not, and patching those wastes your money. We inspect the ductwork and lay out both options with what each one costs. Worth knowing: weak or missing airflow is usually a repair issue rather than a dirt issue, normally a damaged duct or a system that needs rebalancing, and a cleaning will not fix it.
Is Duct-Pro certified and insured?
Yes. Duct-Pro holds a Nevada HVAC contractor license, which is unusual for a duct cleaning company and is the reason we can repair what we find instead of only reporting it. We are NADCA and QUADCA certified and we carry $5 million in umbrella coverage.
Why should I choose Duct-Pro over cheaper companies?
Because the cheap quote is rarely the price you pay. A low advertised number usually covers a partial cleaning, and the rest arrives as add-ons once the technician is in the house. Our prices are on this page, we photograph and video every job so you can see exactly what you paid for, and we have over 550 five-star Google reviews from homeowners across the valley.
