Duct Pro did a great job! they cleared up the dryer duct which had lots of lent build up. They used a camera first to detect if the duct vent had lent build up then they cleared up lots of lent that had accumulated in the dyer duct. I called Duct-Pro for a second opinion on services recommended by another duct cleaning company. Elon and Tal came to my home to conduct an assessment and were thorough, professional and crazy knowledgeable - and licensed HVAC professionals, where the other duct cleaning company was not. They conducted the assessment I asked for, explained everything down to the smallest detail, and they were patient and understanding of my many questions. In the end, they showed me why I didn't need the $1,859 duct sealing service the other company said I needed. In fact, my ducts showed no leakage at all! They took photos of the debris remaining from the previous 'cleaning' and it became evident to me that the other company did not do what I paid them to do. Of course, I hired Elon and Tal to clean the ducts properly and conduct a thorough inspection of the HVAC system.Elon and Tal spent three hours cleaning the ducts and thoroughly checking the HVAC system. They did not dawdle - they came to work and they worked! And they did an excellent job cleaning up after their work. The duct cleaning that was supposed to have been done by the other company and wasn't, is evident in a video of them cleaning my ducts - it looks like a snow blizzard! I cannot say enough good things about Duct-Pro, Elon, or Tal. They are honest, thorough, efficient, and trustworthy and will definitely be my HVAC guys moving forward. Thank you, gentlemen!

Excellent service. They were able to come out a few hours after I called. The techs completely fixed my dryer duct, which apparently was blocked due to a major builder error (they showed me the videos). The blockage was a major fire hazard and extremely dangerous condition that I was unaware of - and I am so glad Duct Pro was able to come out. They cleaned the whole thing out and got it like new, and they even fixed a carbon monoxide leak from my dryer. Price was fair, techs were professional, friendly, and polite. They offered to do the duct cleaning the same day that they gave me an estimate. The two guys proceeded to prep the house with drop cloths and corner wall protectors and got to work. Although the vacuum machine was a bit loud they worked diligently and carefully to get the work done. To my surprise after they finished they went through the house and vacuumed up any remaining debris from the duct cleaning process. They finished in a couple hours and I do think I can feel the difference. A job well done!!
