Excellent service. Went above and beyond with their determination and resolution of related issues causing the dryer to not vent properly...even detecting a dangerous situation with a unknown small gas leak!!!Based on service Tal and Marco provided in cleaning my dryer vent, I decided I wanted all my ducts, A/C evaporators/condensers, and airflow managers cleaned given that it was unknown if or when they were last cleaned. Couldn't be happier with their service. What is especially telling about a company is when they own the mistakes they make. Unfortunately, the powered whips they use to clean out the ducting damaged a section of one of the ducts. They brought it to my attention and stated that they would replace the section at no cost to me. That struck me as representative of not only they as individual, but that of the company as a whole given that they felt comfortable in owning and speaking to the situation. All in all, I simply can't speak highly enough of Tal and Marco. Should you these two show to take care of your HVAC system, rest assured, you will be well taken care of. DuctPro has seen fit to hire the best and you will benefit from it. Go with DuctPro and you won't be sorry.

I can't say enough about the two young men that came and spent a number of hours cleaning our ducts and even our air handler. They were kind and courteous and spent the time to explain what thy were doing and what they found. Extremely diligent in their work and styed at it until the job was finished. Duct Pro did a great job! they cleared up the dryer duct which had lots of lent build up. They used a camera first to detect if the duct vent had lent build up then they cleared up lots of lent that had accumulated in the dyer duct. I called Duct-Pro for a second opinion on services recommended by another duct cleaning company. Elon and Tal came to my home to conduct an assessment and were thorough, professional and crazy knowledgeable - and licensed HVAC professionals, where the other duct cleaning company was not. They conducted the assessment I asked for, explained everything down to the smallest detail, and they were patient and understanding of my many questions. In the end, they showed me why I didn't need the $1,859 duct sealing service the other company said I needed. In fact, my ducts showed no leakage at all! They took photos of the debris remaining from the previous 'cleaning' and it became evident to me that the other company did not do what I paid them to do. Of course, I hired Elon and Tal to clean the ducts properly and conduct a thorough inspection of the HVAC system.Elon and Tal spent three hours cleaning the ducts and thoroughly checking the HVAC system. They did not dawdle - they came to work and they worked! And they did an excellent job cleaning up after their work. The duct cleaning that was supposed to have been done by the other company and wasn't, is evident in a video of them cleaning my ducts - it looks like a snow blizzard! I cannot say enough good things about Duct-Pro, Elon, or Tal. They are honest, thorough, efficient, and trustworthy and will definitely be my HVAC guys moving forward. Thank you, gentlemen!

Best duct cleaning company! They were very professional and cleanup thoroughly afterward. Ask for Tal Elias you won’t be disappointed. No up selling and did everything they said and more!Not only are they the best duct cleaning outfit i’ve encountered but they are the best a/c maintenance company. Today was Saturday and no air for two days and i call them at 8:30am and they came on time 10am and troubleshoot and replace my fan motor and got everything working by 12:300pm. Excellent customer service i’ve never experience better than Driving Pro! They are now my A/C maintenance company for life!

Excellent service. They were able to come out a few hours after I called. The techs completely fixed my dryer duct, which apparently was blocked due to a major builder error (they showed me the videos). The blockage was a major fire hazard and extremely dangerous condition that I was unaware of - and I am so glad Duct Pro was able to come out. They cleaned the whole thing out and got it like new, and they even fixed a carbon monoxide leak from my dryer. Price was fair, techs were professional, friendly, and polite. They offered to do the duct cleaning the same day that they gave me an estimate. The two guys proceeded to prep the house with drop cloths and corner wall protectors and got to work. Although the vacuum machine was a bit loud they worked diligently and carefully to get the work done. To my surprise after they finished they went through the house and vacuumed up any remaining debris from the duct cleaning process. They finished in a couple hours and I do think I can feel the difference. A job well done!!
