Tal and Elan were on time, as promised, and for safety concerns, a text msg was sent with Tal's picture, so that I will recognize this person that I will be letting inside my house. They thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent area and its surroundings, changed my dryer vent hose to a sturdier one, climbed up the roof to clean that area as well, and found and removed a mesh that should have been removed long ago. They were very thorough and detailed, and I am so glad I found them. Will not hesitate to call them again for dryer vent cleaning.

Work was very professional and Tal was knowledgeable about everything. Unfortunately, I was only quoted for duct cleaning and evap coil cleaning and not about the blower cleaning. These guys are awesome. They cleaned the air ducts, HVAC coils, and blower fan. It was done thoroughly and looked brand new when they were finished. I had a very good experience with this company. The technicians were professional and were able to determine the problem with my dryer vent and fixed the problem. I have had a recurring lint issue requiring frequent service for cleaning. The technician did a thorough inspection and discovered the hoses were kinked and too long as well as the vent cap outside was positioned too low causing a restriction in air flow. I highly recommend this company .

I can't say enough about the two young men that came and spent a number of hours cleaning our ducts and even our air handler. Excellent service. Went above and beyond with their determination and resolution of related issues causing the dryer to not vent properly...even detecting a dangerous situation with a unknown small gas leak!!!Based on service Tal and Marco provided in cleaning my dryer vent, I decided I wanted all my ducts, A/C evaporators/condensers, and airflow managers cleaned given that it was unknown if or when they were last cleaned. Couldn't be happier with their service. What is especially telling about a company is when they own the mistakes they make. Unfortunately, the powered whips they use to clean out the ducting damaged a section of one of the ducts. They brought it to my attention and stated that they would replace the section at no cost to me. That struck me as representative of not only they as individual, but that of the company as a whole given that they felt comfortable in owning and speaking to the situation. All in all, I simply can't speak highly enough of Tal and Marco. Should you these two show to take care of your HVAC system, rest assured, you will be well taken care of. Duct Pro did a great job! they cleared up the dryer duct which had lots of lent build up. They used a camera first to detect if the duct vent had lent build up then they cleared up lots of lent that had accumulated in the dyer duct. No up selling and did everything they said and more!Not only are they the best duct cleaning outfit i’ve encountered but they are the best a/c maintenance company. Today was Saturday and no air for two days and i call them at 8:30am and they came on time 10am and troubleshoot and replace my fan motor and got everything working by 12:300pm.
